She was born in 1982 in the Kyiv region.
In 2005 she graduated from the National Pedagogical University named after Drahomanov and received a master's degree in "Ukrainian Philology".

She began her career in 2004 in the Scientific Library of the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy". 2006-2007 - office manager of the Ukrainian Foundation for Scientific, Economic and Legal Cooperation. From 2007 to 2012,she was a specialist in the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine. 2012-2016 - Assistant to the Deputy Head of the Council of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine. From September 2016 to December 2021, Director of the General Department of the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine.
December 2021 she was appointed as Executive Director of the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine.
