Management and structure
The Confederation of employers of Ukraine is organised according to the sectoral principle while maintaining the independence of members who delegate part of their rights to the Confederation of Employers to address national issues.
The Confederation of Employers of Ukraine unites All-Ukrainian sector associations of employers established in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On employers' organizations, their associations, rights and guarantees of their activity".
All-Ukrainian sector organizations unite regional organizations of employers of a certain economic sector.
The regional (oblast) sector organizations of employers unite the enterprises of the corresponding sector based on the regional (oblast) level.
Companies do not have direct membership in the Confederation’s structure and are represented through membership in the regional sector organizations of employers and the All-Ukrainian sector organizations of employers - members of the Confederation.
The total number of employees employed at the enterprises that are covered by the Confederation is about 990 000.
As of today, members of the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine are:
- Federation of Employers of Transport Sector of Ukraine
- Federation of Employers of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine
- All-Ukrainian Association of Employers' Organizations "Federation of Employers in the Sphere of Television, Radio, Publishing, Advertising and Information Activities"
- Association of employers' organizations of medical and microbiological industry of Ukraine
- All-Ukrainian Association of Regional Employers' Organizations in the Field of Telecommunication and Information Technologies
- All-Ukrainian Association of Employers (SMEs)
