Joint representative body

JRB is the highest representative body of representative all-Ukrainian associations of employers' organizations, established to represent and protect the interests of employers, their associations at the national level in economic, social, labour and other relations; improve the competitiveness of the national business, coordinate and consolidate joint actions to achieve positive outcomes of their activities and strengthen their impact on the processes of social and economic policy formation, improve social and labour relations and develop the social dialogue in Ukraine.
The first employers' JRB was established on December 15, 2011, when an agreement was concluded between the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine and the Federation of Employers of Ukraine (both being all-Ukrainian associations of employers' organizations, which at the time of its conclusion were representative at the national level).
Since 2017, a JRB has been active within the structure of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine and the Association of Employers' Organizations of Ukraine.
