Our Mission
- To protect the interests of our members in the area of socio-economic policy at the national and sectoral levels;
- To conduct effective social dialogue at the national level with the Government and trade unions;
- To cooperate with central executive bodies, Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on social and labour relations, labour law, wage policy, employment, education and training.

- We carry out standard-setting, protecting the interests of employers;
- We take part in collective bargaining at national and sector levels;
- We represent and protect the interests of employers in labour arbitration in case of collective labour disputes;
- We organize and hold public events;
- We deliver trainings on issues relevant to employers.
