Olena Stepanenko is an expert in the fields of social dialogue, mediation, and negotiation processes, as well as an international lawyer with experience in alternative dispute resolution and social communications.
She delivers training in mediation skills aimed at applying them in negotiations with social partners and contributes to the development of effective dialogue among stakeholders at the international level.
Education:
In 2011, she graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a Master’s degree in International Law.
